Audi appoints Rouven Mohr as Chief Technical Officer

What Happened
Rouven Mohr, who brings 18 years of experience in the Volkswagen Group and most recently served as CTO at Lamborghini, will lead Audi's Technical Development. He succeeds Geoffrey Bouquot, who has decided to leave the company after two years in the role. Mohr previously held leadership positions at Audi and Lamborghini, driving hybridization and transformation projects.
Geoffrey Bouquot is credited with reigniting the 'Vorsprung durch Technik' mindset and advancing software development across the Volkswagen Group. He laid foundations for software-defined vehicles and AI-driven engineering during his tenure.
