What Happened
Since entering South Africa in 1994, FAW has built the Coega assembly plant and invested in local staff. Employees like Charlton Ngwenya, Patrick Malumba, and Jean-Jacques Mwanza have advanced from entry-level roles to supervisory positions through company training programs. The plant also recognized veteran employee Harris Moodley for his 30-year career during a 2024 anniversary ceremony.
