What Happened
Aptera Motors announced that TÜV Rheinland independently measured its solar electric vehicle's daily solar energy generation at the company's final assembly facility in Carlsbad, California, in July. On each of three consecutive test days, the vehicle delivered more than 4 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of usable solar energy into its battery pack, measured after conversion losses.
