What Happened
Scuderia Ferrari HP announces the renewal of its agreement with Charles Leclerc, who will continue to drive for the team in the coming Formula 1 World Championship seasons. Leclerc joined the Ferrari Driver Academy in 2016, won the Formula 2 title in 2017, made his Formula 1 debut in 2018, and joined Scuderia Ferrari in 2019. At 28, he is Ferrari’s second-most capped Formula 1 driver and ranks second for pole positions, behind Michael Schumacher.
