The ORA 5 was recognized for an interior developed around the concept of the "Triple Moments of Time," creating a comfortable and adaptable environment through different moments of the day. GWM says the cabin combines spaciousness, comfort and practicality, with large glass surfaces enhancing a sense of openness alongside ergonomic seating, ambient lighting and versatile storage solutions. A 14.6-inch central touchscreen and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster round out the usability and connectivity. The recognition reflects GWM's belief that interiors should be visually appealing and meet the evolving needs of modern families and everyday mobility.
The TANK 300 won for its advanced Hi4-T hybrid technology, which pairs electrification with off-road capability. Developed specifically for off-road use, Hi4-T integrates a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, a high-performance electric motor and a hybrid transmission within a non-decoupled four-wheel-drive architecture, keeping the efficiency advantages of a plug-in hybrid powertrain. Unlike many electrified off-road vehicles, the architecture allows direct mechanical drive from the combustion engine to the wheels for dependable capability in demanding terrain and low-battery conditions. It is combined with a ladder-frame chassis, a two-speed transfer case, differential locks and multiple terrain modes.
GWM presented the dual recognition as a sign of its growing presence in Europe and of continued investment in design, technology and localized product development.
