Mahindra adds six-seat XEV 9S from Rs 25.25 lakh
Mahindra has added a captain-seat version of the XEV 9S, giving the electric SUV a six-seat layout from Rs 25.25 lakh ex-showroom.

What Happened
The six-seat XEV 9S is available in three trims. The 70kWh Pack Two Above starts at Rs 25.25 lakh, while the 79kWh Pack Three Above tops the range at Rs 30.15 lakh.
Mahindra replaces the second-row bench with two captain seats and adds armrests, easier access to the third row, rear air-conditioning and two 65W USB ports.
The 70kWh and 79kWh batteries are paired with a single rear motor. Claimed range is 600km or 679km depending on the battery, while output reaches 286hp on most versions.
