Utility models also advanced strongly, advancing 56 percent during the six-month window as monthly SUV dispatches averaged roughly 56,000 units. Cumulative domestic sales across all vehicle lines reached 11 lakh units throughout the six-month timeframe, supported by augmented vehicle assembly from the automaker's newly commissioned manufacturing facility.
“When everyone was talking about only the SUVs, the hatch has also grown by 41 percent. There is a huge set of customers who are appreciating the other form factors also, be the hatches, be the sedans.”
