What Happened

Tata.ev, India's largest four-wheeler EV manufacturer, has partnered with Shell India Mobility to launch 21 TATA.ev x Shell Mega Charging Hubs across Bengaluru, Chennai, Mysore, Pune, and Vadodara. Each hub features 120 kW DC fast chargers with multiple charging bays, on-ground marshals for assistance, and access to Shell Select and Deli2go stores offering food, beverages, and clean restrooms.

The new hubs bring the total number of TATA.ev Mega Charging Hubs to over 130 operational sites across India. The company aims to introduce over 400,000 charging points, including 500 Mega Charging Hubs, by 2027 under its 'Open Collaboration 2.0' framework.
