- Up to 5 years
What Happened
Tesla announced on Friday via Weibo that customers booking vehicles on or before October 31 can access direct price reductions and promotional financing terms across its domestic lineup.
The campaign grants a 5,000 yuan ($740) reduction towards closing invoices across all Model 3 trims. Selected Model Y configurations qualify for a 7,000 yuan ($1,040) discount against balance payments.
The incentive package incorporates up to 5 years of zero-interest lending, an 8,000 yuan benefit on selected paint finishes, and three optional charging incentives depending on variant selection.
Why this matters
The promotional push follows three consecutive months of year-on-year delivery contractions for Tesla in China, capped by a 26% slide for the Model Y in August. Zero-interest financing and cash concessions aim to stabilize showroom momentum heading into the final quarter.
