What Happened
The Bugatti W16 Mistral 'La Perle Rare' is a bespoke roadster created through the Sur Mesure customization program. Its design features a unique white and gold two-tone paint scheme with hand-painted lines, a white carbon fiber interior, and polished aluminum accents. The car was inspired by the natural beauty of light reflection and the Bugatti 'Vagues de Lumière' paintwork.
Bugatti Sur Mesure manager Jascha Straub first met the client at Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance to commission the design.

The car pays homage to Bugatti's heritage with Rembrandt Bugatti's 'Dancing Elephant' sculpture featured inside and outside. The entire build required hundreds of hours of craftsmanship, blending contemporary personalization with century-old design tradition.
