Bugatti's latest documentary episode reveals how its Color, Material and Finish (CMF) team is transforming the Tourbillon into a canvas for individual expression. The process, termed 'automotive couture,' allows customers to commission entirely unique materials, including hand-woven textiles from Kyoto and aluminum finishes inspired by watchmaking.
Leading the CMF team is Head of CMF Sabine Consolini, who oversees all material development from series production to the most bespoke commissions. The Bugatti Design Studio in Berlin serves as both workshop and gallery, where customers attend private configuration sessions to customize their hypercar.
