Ford Introduces 2027 Super Duty Carhartt Edition for Work-Truck Buyers

Ford is introducing the 2027 Super Duty Carhartt, a new trim package available for XLT Crew Cab single rear wheel 4x4 pickups. It combines Carhartt-inspired design elements such as a unique dark grille, 20-inch wheels, Tough Bed spray-in bedliner, and interior cloth seats with triple-stitch detailing inspired by Carhartt's Duck Canvas. The package also includes off-road running boards, all-terrain tires, and all-weather floor mats.

The Super Duty Carhartt is designed for the 'Essential Economy'—the 3 million businesses and 95 million workers including contractors, farmers, utility crews, and first responders. Ford and Carhartt collaborated on functional durability, with graphics placed low on the truck for protection against rock chips and jobsite grime. The interior is meant to withstand boots, tools, and long work days.

The Super Duty has been the best-selling heavy-duty truck in industries like mining, utilities, and emergency vehicles. The new Carhartt edition will be available to order starting May 8. It extends the long-standing partnership between Ford and Carhartt, both founded in the same city and committed to supporting skilled trades through initiatives like Ford Auto Tech Scholars and ToolBank USA.
