What Happened
Jeep says its Avenger has reached the 300,000-order mark since launching in 2023, cementing its status as the brand's number one Jeep in Europe. The vehicle is sold in more than 70 markets globally and is described as a leader in the B-SUV segment across all major European countries. In Italy it is the best-selling SUV and ranks second across all segments and powertrains. The result takes the Avenger another step toward the 610,000 units set by the Jeep Renegade over its entire lifecycle on the same perimeter.

The Avenger is renovated with refreshed styling, LED matrix headlights, a 360-degree front camera, a new Selec-Terrain mode selector and new Bamboo and Forest colours.
Jeep announces the Avenger has passed 300,000 orders.
At just over 4 metres, the Avenger is the most compact vehicle in the Jeep line-up, designed and manufactured in Europe and developed with European customers in mind. Jeep credits a design-to-function approach: 360-degree protective cladding, encased headlamps and molded-in-color skid plates also help avoid damage in small impacts, while short overhangs and high ground clearance let the car clear obstacles without scraping its bumpers. The signature seven-slot grille is enhanced with LED backlighting so the car stays recognisable in all conditions. Jeep says the formula has opened a new perspective in the B-SUV segment.
- Petrol with manual transmission, positioned as the accessible option for buyers who prefer a traditional approach
- e-Hybrid, the entry step into electrified driving
- Full electric with up to 400 km of range, aimed at zero-emission urban commuting and quiet open-road driving
- 4xe all-wheel drive with 145hp, an electrified double-clutch transmission, a front combustion engine and a rear electric motor delivering up to 1,900 Nm to the rear wheels
Jeep claims best-in-class capability for the segment, saying no other vehicle in the same category offers the same ground clearance, off-road angles or performance on rugged terrain. Selec-Terrain, standard even on 4x2 versions, adjusts power delivery and traction control to terrain and weather through pre-set modes chosen with a switch, and is paired with Hill Descent Control. The 4xe can climb slopes of 40% on gravel and 20% when the front axle has no grip, and comes with a black Jeep Shield, LED foglamps, roof rails and a rear hook.
The May renovation added LED matrix headlights for more relaxed night driving and a front camera that creates a digitally recreated 360-degree top view on the touchscreen, with view and zoom set automatically but adjustable by the driver. Safety is completed by a Level 2 advanced driver assistance suite. The Avenger is offered in four trim levels — Longitude, Altitude, Summit and an 85th Anniversary special edition — while the 4xe comes in Upland, Overland and 85th Anniversary.
Previously from Jeep
Jeep has been building a European growth plan around its compact models. Earlier in October 2026 the brand confirmed a roadmap to 2030 that grows its line-up to as many as six models, re-enters the D-SUV segment and brings back the Renegade, and it used the Mondial de l'Auto in Paris to restate its long-term commitment to Europe and the plan to grow its range to as many as six models by 2030.

Why this matters
The milestone shows Jeep's smallest, Europe-made model has become its strongest seller on the continent, which matters for dealers, suppliers and rivals in the crowded small-SUV class. Jeep also says the Avenger has widened its buyer base, attracting a high percentage of female buyers and drivers under 40.
