Porsche Streamlines Executive Board, Merges Car-IT into R&D

What Happened
Porsche is restructuring its Executive Board by integrating the Car-IT division into the Research and Development (R&D) division. Sajjad Khan, who led Car-IT and driver experience innovations, will step down from the board by June 19. Dr. Michael Steiner, Deputy Chairman and head of R&D, will lead the expanded division effective July 1, 2026.
