Xpeng begins right-hand-drive G9L production ahead of Australian exports

What Happened
Xpeng announced on Weibo that its Guangzhou factory has completed the first batch of G9L vehicles with right-hand-drive layouts. Shipments to Australia are due to start as the model prepares for its overseas delivery debut.
The company says the G9L will be sold in 64 countries and regions. Besides Australia, the first right-hand-drive markets include Britain and several destinations in Southeast Asia.
The five-seat flagship is offered with battery-electric and extended-range electric drivetrains on an 800-volt charging platform. Xpeng lists up to 755 kilometers for the BEV and a 1,602-kilometer combined CLTC figure for the EREV.

Why this matters
