What Happened
Adient, a global leader in automotive seating, announced today that it has acquired a foam production plant in Romulus, MI from automotive supplier Woodbridge. The deal includes the building, land, production equipment, inventory, and associated assets. Employees at the plant will become Adient employees, and the existing collective bargaining agreement with the UAW remains in place.
