It is the first business model of its kind in the commercial vehicle sector, aligning operational tasks toward common objectives and efficiency.
The 'Turning Inner Strength into Workforce' project, winner of the 'Productive Project' award, focused on enhancing customer loyalty through deep analysis of CRM data. It developed insight tools for sales, marketing, and after-sales teams to enable data-driven decision-making and personalized customer interactions.
CX Awards Türkiye has been recognizing customer experience projects for 9 years, evaluating brands in five categories including Sustainability and Digital Customer Experience.
