- November 5, 2026
What Happened
Bertrandt is expanding its presence in an important automotive development environment with a new location in Mladá Boleslav, part of the company's consistent implementation of its Global Development concept. Local technical contacts handle customer coordination and project management. Depending on project requirements, established teams in Germany, Global Development capacities in Morocco and Romania, and resources at other international locations can be integrated into operational project execution.
“What makes our new location in Mladá Boleslav special is that it brings our engineering expertise even closer to our customers. The key is the combination of a local presence and our international network. We can address requirements directly on site while drawing on expertise and capacities across the Bertrandt Group. This brings together local support, technical depth, flexible project teams, and competitive delivery models.”

Why this matters
The hub puts Bertrandt's engineers physically close to customers in what the company calls an important automotive development environment, while still drawing on capacity from across the group. It affects the customers coordinated from Mladá Boleslav, the experienced German staff who transfer know-how, and the local engineers and universities the company wants to build a regional network with.
