What Happened
Bugatti's La Maison Pur Sang program has meticulously traced the story of Veyron Pre-Series Chassis 5.1, one of just six pre-series examples built before customer production. The car served as a validation platform for the Veyron, undergoing high-speed and endurance testing on Nevada's salt flats and later appearing at the first global dynamic event in Sicily. Now, the authenticated chassis has been presented at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este 2026 by its new owner.
