Dual electric motors generate 570 kW (764 hp) to propel the 5,040 mm crossover to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds on the way to a 240 km/h top velocity. Electricity storage comes from a 115 kWh second-generation lithium iron phosphate Blade battery delivering up to 653 km under WLTP measurement.
The automaker outlined complementary infrastructure goals including the installation of 100 proprietary high-power charging points in Europe before 2027, rising to 3,000 terminals over the subsequent twelve months. The stations supply up to 1,500 kW to facilitate five-minute top-ups.
Why this matters
Introducing its flagship seven-seater with high-rate charging technology establishes BYD's technical showcase against premium German competitors. Backing the rollout with planned ultra-fast charging stations tackles cross-border transit concerns for large passenger vehicles in Western Europe.
