What Happened

DS Automobiles is a partner of the FedEx Open de France and the French Golf Federation, and will support the 108th running of the oldest national Open in continental Europe. The tournament takes place from 24 to 27 September 2026 on the Albatros course at Golf National in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (78), part of the DP World Tour calendar, and the course has been redesigned. For the first time, hole No. 11 carries an extra challenge: a DS N°7 is up for grabs, and the first golfer to complete a hole-in-one there wins the brand's new model. DS Automobiles describes the car as a creation synonymous with comfort, driving serenity and refinement.

What DS Automobiles brings to the FedEx Open de France
  • A fleet of 20 cars made available to the organisation so players and guests can get around throughout the event
  • DS models displayed at various locations on the Golf National site
  • A DS stand in the FedEx Open de France village, where fans can explore the brand in a fun way and perhaps leave with personalised gifts
“The FedEx Open de France is a major event in our commitment to golf. Alongside the French Golf Federation and through our ambassador Antoine Rozner, we are bringing this partnership to life at the highest international level as well as with all those who frequent French golf courses. This highlight comes at a particularly good time in the calendar, as we start selling DS N°7, our new creation designed for first-class travel with two golf bags in its boot!”
— Xavier Chardon, DS Automobiles CEO

Antoine Rozner, a DS Automobiles ambassador since April 2026, will play the FedEx Open de France in front of his home crowd. A major figure in French golf, he competes at the highest international level on the DP World Tour and the PGA TOUR. He won the Golf in Dubai Championship in 2020, the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters in 2021 and the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open in 2022, and had his best season in 2024, marked by seven top-10 finishes and 15th place in the Race to Dubai. DS Automobiles says his precise and thoughtful play, and his demand for performance, echo the brand's values.

The DS N°7 is available in 100% electric E-TENSE form with a range of up to 740 km, or with a HYBRID powertrain. DS Automobiles says it offers generous and refined interior space, quiet operation and a concentration of technology that can transform every journey into a First Class trip. The brand adds that the model was designed for first-class travel with two golf bags in its boot.

DS Trophy in 2026
  • 63 DS Trophy stages have already been organised in 2026, with 19 more to take place by the end of September
  • 7,368 golfers have registered since the start of the season
  • Around 730 non-golfers have taken part in introductory sessions run with the help of a professional
  • The competition's calendar has doubled in a year
  • Six competitors, winners of a drive-thru contest and then a draw, will take part in the pro-am or the 'Play the course' at the FedEx Open de France

Previously from DS Automobiles

DS Automobiles began selling the DS N°7 in French stores in late August 2026, supported by a 360-degree 'Put the world on mute' advertising campaign launched on 30 August. Xavier Chardon, already CEO of Citroën, also took on the DS Automobiles CEO role from 1 September 2026 — the position from which he speaks about the golf partnership.

Why this matters

The tie-up puts DS Automobiles in front of an international DP World Tour audience at a moment when the brand says it is starting to sell the DS N°7, the very model it is giving away as a prize. It also extends the brand's golf push in France, where its DS Trophy amateur circuit reached thousands of club golfers in 2026.
