What Happened
Ebusco Holding N.V. has nominated Mr. Hou Fei as its new Chief Operating Officer, succeeding Michel van Maanen. Subject to shareholder approval, Hou Fei will lead operations from the company's head office in Deurne, Netherlands. He brings extensive experience from General Motors, SAIC Motor joint ventures, and Gotion High-Tech, where he most recently served as Vice President for Asia Pacific.

Michel van Maanen will leave Ebusco to become CEO of EBS Public Transportation, a Dutch transit company and longtime Ebusco client, effective January 21, 2026. He will remain with Ebusco in a non-executive advisory capacity for a limited period to ensure a smooth transition. The company expressed appreciation for his role in the operational restructuring and turnaround.
