What Happened
At its meeting on 23 April 2026, the Board of Directors of FORVIA acknowledged the resignation of Michel de Rosen from his office as Board Member, effective at the close of the Annual General Meeting on 4 June 2026, concurrently with the termination of his duties as Chairman. The Board decided to submit to the Annual General Meeting the appointment of Pierre André de Chalendar as an independent Board Member for a four-year term. Subject to his appointment, he would also become a member of the Governance, Nominations and Sustainability Committee and may be elected Chairman of the Board.
Pierre André de Chalendar becomes Board Observer (Censeur) of FORVIA.
