What Happened
Kawasaki Heavy Industries has launched the CP110L, a high-speed palletizing robot with a maximum payload of 110kg. The robot features a hollow wrist structure—the first in its class—allowing cables to be routed internally, reducing interference and installation time. It also has an industry-leading compact design with a required ceiling height of just 2,242mm.
2,200cases per hour
when transferring 60kg including hand weight
- Hollow wrist structure for internal cable routing
- Compact design: 2,242mm ceiling height, 453mm interference radius
- Power regeneration function for energy savings
- Range of motion: max vertical 2,433mm, max reach 2,505mm
Why this matters
The CP110L enables palletizing automation in space-constrained facilities, achieving up to 2,200 cases per hour while reducing energy consumption through power regeneration.
