What Happened

Effective September 8, 2026, Simona Magnarelli will handle press communications for FIAT and Abarth, succeeding Andrea Laura Siro-Brigiano. She will report to Arnaud Belloni, CEO of FIAT, Abarth and Lancia and Chief Marketing Officer for Europe, and keep leading Lancia Communications & Events in its key European markets. On the same date, Andrea Laura Siro-Brigiano will lead Lifestyle, Digital PR and New Media for Stellantis within the Enlarged Europe Region, reporting to Alessandro Nardizzi, Stellantis' communications chief for that region.

Magnarelli brings more than 25 years of communications experience, mostly in the automotive sector, built in national and international settings. She worked at Toyota Motor Italia, then lived in Sydney, Australia, where she gained entrepreneurial experience. She later joined FCA and headed the Press Office in Italy; after the creation of Stellantis she served as Lifestyle Media & Digital PR Manager. Since October 2024, she has been responsible for Lancia's Communications & Events across its key European markets.

Siro-Brigiano joined Stellantis in 2025, bringing international communications experience in luxury, fashion and consumer goods, and has since led global press communications for FIAT and Abarth. Her new position expands the scope of the Enlarged Europe Communications organization by putting Lifestyle Communications, Digital PR and New Media under dedicated leadership. In this role she will lead these activities across the region, strengthening Stellantis' presence and influence in the evolving communications landscape.

Why this matters

The changes determine who tells the public about FIAT, Abarth and Lancia and how Stellantis manages its digital and lifestyle communications in Europe. Magnarelli will own press relations for FIAT and Abarth while continuing to handle Lancia communications, reporting directly to brand CEO Arnaud Belloni. Siro-Brigiano steps into a dedicated leadership role for Lifestyle, Digital PR and New Media across the Enlarged Europe Region, expanding the area's communications organization.
