What Happened
Quan Anh will take over the global CEO position from his father and retain the global chairman role he assumed in May. Vingroup’s announcement also names him chairman and CEO of VinFast Vietnam.
The leadership change comes as VinFast works through a restructuring plan and seeks growth in markets including Southeast Asia and India. Vuong will remain on the company’s board.
