What Happened
FORVIA, a global automotive technology supplier listed on Euronext Paris, announced that Apollo-managed funds have agreed to acquire its Interiors business group. The transaction values the unit at €1.82 billion on an enterprise value basis and is expected to close by year-end, subject to regulatory approvals and employee consultations. The Interiors group represents approximately 18% of FORVIA's consolidated revenue, with 59 production sites and 8 R&D centers across 19 countries, employing over 31,000 people.
