What Happened
Harley-Davidson announced it is moving production of the Revolution Max platform for North America back to the United States as part of its Back to the Bricks strategy. The work, including machining, powertrain assembly, painting, and final vehicle assembly, will return to facilities in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The transition is expected to be completed before Model Year 2028 production begins in 2027, and it supports dozens of additional union jobs.
