The company is ahead of schedule, with Scope 1 and 2 CO2 emissions reduced by 47% compared to 2019, just 2 percentage points from its 2030 goal of 49%.

MAHLE also advanced circular product development with increased use of recycled and bio-based materials, and expanded its renewable energy use, with 17% of power from renewable electricity. Its accident rate dropped 19% in 2025 to 1.7 incidents per million hours, below industry average.
