What Happened
Peugeot will be at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from 12 to 18 October for the 91st edition of the Paris Motor Show, a show it describes as one it loyally takes part in. The brand will present three concept cars, two of them world premieres: the Peugeot RCZ Vision and the Peugeot E-T16 Concept, both featuring the Hypersquare steering control. Its stand covers nearly 1,300 m² in Hall 4 and is built around a completely new architectural concept that Peugeot intends to make its signature at major automotive events. A Peugeot press conference will be held on the stand on Monday 12 October at 10:00 am and streamed live on the Peugeot YouTube channel. Peugeot says the stand is designed to bring every visitor closer to its products, innovations and vision.
- PEUGEOT E-T16 CONCEPT: a world premiere celebrating the 40th anniversary of the 205 T16's double victory in the 1985 and 1986 World Rally Championships, developed with PEUGEOT SPORT, with 816 hp and 0-300 km/h in 16 seconds; it offers the ultimate vision of the next Peugeot E-208 through its light signature and a new-generation Digital i-Cockpit.
- PEUGEOT RCZ Vision: a world premiere and successor to the RCZ coupe (2009-2015), carrying Peugeot's 'Feline Future' design language, with 500 hp, up to 600 km of range, consumption of 11.5 kWh/100 km, an STLA One platform, a solid-state battery developed with Factorial Energy and a 1,000 V electrical architecture.
- PEUGEOT POLYGON Concept: a rolling laboratory that has let Peugeot test numerous innovations over the past year ahead of their introduction from 2027, particularly Hypersquare and Steer-by-Wire technology.
Thanks to POLYGON Concept, Hypersquare has become a tangible reality, and visitors can discover its benefits and driving pleasure on two Hypersquare simulators located near the concept. Hypersquare introduces new Peugeot i-Cockpit ergonomics and fully electronic vehicle control through steer-by-wire, which removes the mechanical link between the wheels and the steering control. Peugeot says combining Hypersquare with steer-by-wire delivers exceptional responsiveness and precision at high speed, unprecedented comfort during manoeuvres and a unique sensation of hyper-agility. POLYGON Concept also introduced a new interpretation of the brand's three-claw light signature with a horizontal treatment, and previews the overall design of tomorrow's Peugeot models through pure, simple and geometric forms.
French craftsmanship takes the spotlight, with the central stage turned into an interactive creative workshop illustrating Peugeot's partnership with the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France and the Meilleurs Apprentis de France.
Peugeot and Stade Toulousain celebrate 30 years of partnership, with club executives and players meeting the public and taking part in an autograph session.
Visitors test the reflexes of performance in challenges inspired by professional driver training and compare their performance with Peugeot Sport drivers, including pilot Dorian Pin, who will be present on the stand.
French cinema takes centre stage, with interactive cinema-themed games such as a music and film quiz, highlighting Peugeot's partnership with producer and distributor Pathe and 100 years of cinema.
A day dedicated to GTi heritage, from the 205 to the new E-208 GTi, lets visitors use two driving simulators and try to beat times set by content creator Etienne Moustache and Formula 1 commentator Julien Febreau of Canal Plus; the show closes on Sunday with an exclusive surprise reveal on the stand.
The sporting area shows the new Peugeot E-208 GTi in Okenite White with the panoramic roof option, alongside its predecessor, a 1986 Peugeot 205 GTI 1.9 of 130 hp in Vallelunga Red, and the Peugeot 9X8 that competes in the 2026 FIA World Endurance Championship. The E-208 GTi is the first-ever 100% electric GTi, with a 281 hp electric motor and a 0 to 100 km/h time of 5.5 seconds, and it appears at a motor show for the first time after its production version was unveiled in June ahead of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Designed and developed in France by Peugeot Sport and Peugeot Design, it continues the GTi legend launched four decades ago with the iconic 205 GTI. The 9X8 Hypercar's livery was created by Peugeot Design in collaboration with Peugeot Sport, giving an original interpretation of the 'Hypergraphs' that express Peugeot Sport's performance language while paying tribute to the brand's claw motif.
On the stand in Hall 4, visitors can discover the full Peugeot passenger-car range, from the 208 to the 5008, with electric and hybrid powertrains. The new E-308 offers up to 450 km of range on the WLTP combined cycle with V2L and Plug & Charge functions, the E-3008 230 hp Long Range claims 701 km, described as the best electric range on the SUV market, and the seven-seat E-5008 230 hp Long Range claims 668 km with up to 2,310 litres of load volume with the rear seats folded. The 3008, assembled at Peugeot's historic Sochaux plant, is offered with hybrid, plug-in hybrid and three electric versions including a 325 hp four-wheel-drive model. Peugeot says all models ordered since 1 October benefit from a significant enhancement in standard equipment with no price increase, in addition to the PEUGEOT CARE warranty of up to eight years already enjoyed by all its vehicles in major markets.
- Allure Plus and GT Plus replace Allure and GT
- Extended from six months to four years across the whole range and all trim levels, for vehicles with navigation as standard or as an option
- Significantly enhanced across the range with no price increase whatsoever
