Ducati Corse Off-Road has announced that Romain Febvre will race with the Red Bull Ducati Factory MXGP Team for the 2027 and 2028 seasons. The 34-year-old French rider, born in Épinal on December 31, 1991, will ride the Ducati Desmo450 MX. Febvre made his FIM Motocross World Championship debut in the MX2 class in 2012 and moved up to the premier MXGP class in 2015.

Febvre has won two MXGP world titles (2015 and 2025) and finished second in the championship in 2021 and 2023. He also placed third in the MX2 world standings in 2014.
