Tech Mahindra, a global technology consulting firm, has partnered with the Jaipur Literature Festival to launch the Tech Mahindra Global India Book Prize. The prize recognizes outstanding books that advance global understanding of India through literary, intellectual, or cultural contribution. It reinforces a shared vision to promote literature that enables deeper understanding of contemporary themes shaping the world.
- Open to both Indian and international authors
- Recognizes books with literary, intellectual, or cultural merit that contribute to global understanding of India
- Eligible works include fiction, non-fiction, history, biography, business, science, culture, and public affairs
- Books must be published in English during the preceding calendar year
- Submissions assessed by an independent jury on criteria including literary excellence and global relevance
