ZF Group has appointed Milan Šesták as Managing Director of ZF Slovakia and Plant Manager for Chassis Solutions Levice, effective end of 2025. In this role, he oversees ZF plants across Aftermarket, Chassis Solutions, and Electrified Powertrain Technology divisions in Slovakia, as well as serving as Country Manager.
Šesták brings more than 26 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, and general management, including 16 years of full Profit & Loss responsibility. He previously held senior leadership roles at IKEA Industry, Emerson, TRW, and ZF, where he has spent the past seven years. His focus will be on operational excellence and strengthening leadership capabilities.
