Adient Introduces ProForce Massage Flow Solution
2 Chinese OEM models
What Happened
Building on last year's ProForce platform, the new Flow solution features moving modules that target lower-back fatigue areas with kneading, tapping, and rolling techniques. Its spring-mounted installation works across different seat frames and supports both front and rear seats, including those with integrated ABS. The solution is available in two-head and four-head modules for flexible specification.
- Professional performance: higher force than pneumatic systems for more effective fatigue relief.
- Resettable safety design: multi-stage collapsible mechanism that retracts during collisions and automatically resets.
- Integrated comfort functionality: seamless integration with lumbar support, ventilation, and heating.
- Proven durability: wear-resistant upholstery materials validated in mass production.
- Long-lasting refined appearance: Magic Trim assembly maintains a smooth, premium surface over time.
Why this matters
The new solution expands massage coverage, uses a modular design for easier integration, and is already scheduled for production on two Chinese OEM models, showing Adient's innovation-to-execution strength.
