What Happened
In Monaco ahead of the Formula 1 Grand Prix, Audi revealed the near-production prototype of the Nuvolari, a supercar that CEO Gernot Döllner calls a physical manifestation of the brand's technological renewal. The car is powered by a high-performance hybrid powertrain producing over 1,000 PS and features active aerodynamics, a world-first quattro predictive ride system, and a new design philosophy called "The Radical Next." Production is limited to 499 units, with pre-ordering in Europe starting in the fourth quarter of 2026.
“The Audi Nuvolari brings pure emotion and performance to the road. It also reveals how we are taking 'Vorsprung durch Technik' into a new era.”
“The Audi Nuvolari looks really cool and unique. For me, what truly counts is the overall package — that is, how the car feels, how precisely it responds, and how well performance and drivability complement each other.”
