The final Bentley in attendance was 'Smoky', an original 1926 Super Sports, which attended the drivers' dinner on the private island of Isola Madre. Smoky has spent the summer with Bentley Motors, courtesy of its generous owners, being driven dynamically at events including the Goodwood Festival of Speed and Monterey Car Week and supporting the launch of the new Supersports. The car now returns home to the north-east of England, and Bentley Motors says it is deeply grateful to Mike Thompson and his son Josh for entrusting Smoky to the company since June.
