Blue Bird's community commitment includes hands-on support for local schools. In December 2025, production supervisor Brandon Paxton visited the EV Automotive Pathway program at W.S. Hutchings College and Career Academy to discuss careers in engineering and manufacturing. In March 2026, Chief Human Resources Officer David Pasternak and Grants Manager Lauren Beaty participated in Bibb County's 'Principal for a Day' program. In April 2026, employees conducted mock interviews at Peach County High School.

Additionally, more than 1,600 personalized encouragement cards were written for third-grade students in Bibb County Schools before state testing. Blue Bird's initiatives aim to empower students of all ages and strengthen the link between education and industry.
