What Happened
DENSO Corporation and FoodVentures B.V. announced a capital partnership in which DENSO acquired a partial equity stake in FoodVentures, making it a consolidated subsidiary. The collaboration aims to globally deploy a One-Stop Solution for greenhouse horticulture, integrating technology and know-how to stabilize agricultural production. DENSO has been building agricultural capabilities since 2017, and recently added partners Certhon, Axia, and Delphy to its group.
