What Happened
Donkervoort has transformed its fastest street-legal car, the D8 GTO-40, into a dedicated track monster called the D8 GTO-R. Initially conceived as an FIA-certified race car in 2016, the company pivoted to a full prepped track day tool after customer interest. The car features a 6-speed sequential gearbox with pneumatic paddle shifters and Bosch Motorsport software.
