What Happened

Donkervoort has unveiled the P24 RS, a lightweight supercar weighing only 780 kg. It is powered by a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine with the Power To Choose system, allowing drivers to select 400, 500, or 600 horsepower. The engine produces 800 Nm of torque and is paired with a five-speed gearbox featuring rev-matching technology. The P24 RS accelerates from 0 to 200 km/h in 7.4 seconds and reaches over 300 km/h.

Key innovations
  • Fort-Ex 9 kg carbon-fibre front subframe integrating suspension, cooling, and crash structure
  • Custom billet ball-bearing turbochargers from Van der Lee, weighing 4 kg each
  • 3D-printed exhaust manifolds and Conflux charge-air coolers saving 6 kg
  • Swing-out Aero Blades headlights for reduced drag
  • Optional removable aero kit providing 90 kg downforce at 250 km/h
  • 15 kg weight saving from compact five-speed gearbox with rev-matching
The key to everything we do is about eliminating weight, minimising inertia and delivering unforgettable driving experiences.
Denis Donkervoort, CEO Donkervoort Automobielen

Limited to 150 units, over 50 have already been sold to customers in Europe, the US, and the Middle East. The design retains Donkervoort's exposed front wheels for accurate placement and adds modern elements like the swing-out headlights. The interior accommodates drivers up to 2.05 meters tall and offers 298 liters of luggage space.

We tried to make something much more modern and integrated, with elements from the past.
Jordi Wiersma, Head of Design at Donkervoort

The P24 RS offers extensive customization, including optional power steering, air conditioning, and ABS. It features Tractive active dampers with adjustable ride height and AP Racing brakes. A removable aero kit is available for track use. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in April 2026.

Previously from Donkervoort Automobielen B.V.

Donkervoort first unveiled the P24 RS in January 2026, highlighting its 780 kg weight and selectable power outputs. Later details revealed the use of AirShaper's CFD for aerodynamic development and the innovative Fort-Ex carbon-fibre subframe. This release provides the full specifications and design philosophy.

Why this matters

The P24 RS proves that extreme performance can be achieved in a lightweight, driver-focused package without heavy electronic aids. Buyers seeking an unfiltered driving experience now have a unique option among heavier, tech-laden supercars. With over 50 of the limited 150 units sold, demand for purist sports cars remains strong.
