From April 30 to May 3, 2026, Uganda hosted National Science Week 2026 at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds, organized by the Science, Technology and Innovation Secretariat. Kiira Motors Corporation (KMC) had one of the most visited exhibition stands, featuring the Kayoola EVS 2025 Electric Bus and the E-Bus Xpress service, showcasing locally designed zero-emission transport solutions.

They emphasized that electric mobility can reduce congestion, lower transport costs, improve air quality, and reduce fuel imports, positioning EBX as a model for sustainable urban transport and industrial transformation.
