The fourth-generation Octavia debuted in November 2019 as a liftback and Combi, and an update in early 2024 improved connectivity and safety. It can have up to ten airbags and assistance systems including Attention and Drowsiness Assist, with a new algorithm that more accurately assesses driver fatigue.
