What Happened
Marelli will highlight its new e-Transmission Cooling Pump, engineered to deliver precise oil cooling for modern transmissions. The system achieves a 30-watt energy saving versus the market benchmark, using a modular brushless design for e-axles and Dedicated Hybrid Transmissions. Available in 12V and 48V variants, it reduces integration costs and supports multi-voltage platforms.
The company will also present its Flex Fuel system for 3- and 4-cylinder engines, enabling use of biofuels and ethanol. Automatic fuel detection and integrated fuel rail heaters ensure optimal efficiency and cold starts, building on over 20 years of expertise in flex fuel technology.
Thermal management highlights include a High-Performance Chiller for battery cooling, an eAxle Oil Cooler with improved heat exchange, and a Full Aluminum Radiator. All three use mono-material aluminum for easier recycling, with compact designs that save weight and space while supporting high charging rates and cost advantages.
