Opel Becomes Official Sponsor of 2027 IHF Men's Handball World Championship in Germany

What Happened
Opel and the International Handball Federation (IHF) announced that Opel will be the official sponsor of the 2027 IHF Men’s Handball World Championship in Germany. As the official automotive partner, Opel will provide shuttle services at venues and display models including the new Astra, Astra Sports Tourer, Grandland, Mokka GSE and Corsa GSE. The agreement was brokered by sports rights agency SPORTFIVE.
