Suzuki's global production in December 2025 reached 308,280 units, up 21.8% year-on-year, marking a record high for the month. Overseas production hit a record of 229,660 units, with India alone producing 211,770 units (up 34.4%). However, Japan production fell 3.4% to 78,620 units.

For the full year 2025, global production increased 3.8% to 3.42 million units, the fifth consecutive annual increase. India also posted record yearly production of 2.25 million units. Global sales rose 1.4% to 3.30 million units, with record yearly sales in India and Africa.
