TVS Motor Company, part of TVS Venu Group and a global two- and three-wheeler manufacturer, announced the induction of Mr. Ravindran Shanmugam as independent director for five consecutive years effective May 13, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Mr. Shanmugam is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and business leader with experience in scaling consumer-focused businesses, digital transformation, and AI-led platforms. He is co-founder and executive chairman of Mablle, an AI-enabled interior design platform based in Singapore, and previously worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He is an alumnus of the University of Oxford.
