Valeo received Gold Awards in two categories at the Grand Prix de la Créativité RH, an annual event organized by the ACCE that celebrates innovation in HR communication and employer branding. The awards were for 'Employer Brand' for the 'Challenge drives us forward' campaign and 'Internal Communication & Employee Engagement' for the V-Signers employee ambassador program.
To design its employer brand, Valeo conducted focus groups across 12 countries, interviewing employees from R&D, HR, business operations, and production. The resulting platform, 'Challenge drives us forward', reflects a culture of boldness, continuous learning, and innovation, aiming to empower employees to solve mobility and sustainability challenges.
