Volkswagen Group Opens 'ICONIC' Exhibition Focusing on Travel and Mobility Icons at Berlin Forum

The exhibition 'ICONIC' at the DRIVE. Volkswagen Group Forum in Berlin has expanded to include a new thematic world called 'Travel'. It showcases how travel has evolved from Alpine journeys in the 1950s Volkswagen Beetle to modern camper van trips and music festival journeys like Wacken Open Air. The exhibit highlights the deep connection between mobility and the human desire for new experiences.
Iconic vehicles on display include the Volkswagen Beetle, Bulli, Audi quattro, and the 'Irene' motorhome, alongside the fully electric ID. Buzz. An interactive 'ICONIC Destination' map invites visitors to share their own travel stories and mark iconic locations. The exhibition is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00 with free admission.
