Scott Young, Volvo Construction Equipment's Head of Region North America, has been named chair of CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2029. Young has over 25 years of industry experience at Ingersoll Rand and Volvo CE, and previously served as Head of Uptime leading new technology implementations. He holds a civil engineering degree and an Executive MBA.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG, held every three years in Las Vegas, is North America's largest construction trade show. The next event takes place March 13-17, 2029. The 2026 show set new benchmarks, according to show director Dana Wuesthoff, who welcomed Young's vision and leadership to deliver an even more impactful event.
