BorgWarner secured multiple turbocharger awards from a major European OEM for passenger car and van programs. The awards include extensions of existing business and a conquest win, covering both gasoline and diesel applications. Production will begin in phases from Q2 2026 through Q2 2029 at facilities in Poland and Germany.

The turbocharger solutions include variable turbine geometry, twin-scroll wastegate, and regulated two-stage technologies tailored to various engine requirements. They help the OEM meet performance, fuel economy, and emissions targets. BorgWarner will manufacture the products at its facilities in Rzeszów, Poland and Kirchheimbolanden, Germany.
